Ten trap questions job interviews

Have you ever felt between a rock and a hard place in a job interview? You count the tricks used by interviewers to make you lose your cool, and what you should or should not answer.
You forward the interviewer. You suddenly asks the question: What do you think is your greatest flaw?
Answer: "I am a perfectionist."
Already ruled out.
Almost all respondents fall into this question because instead of open up and discuss some defect, it is his biggest flaw is "perfectionism", or a quality.
Others say: "I am a hard worker." Is that a flaw? Or say, "I am many hours in the office." Is that a flaw?
There are many ways to confess faults without ruining the interview. For example: "I can make decisions." It may seem indecisive, but also the proof that there's a thoughtful person who takes time to decide.
Here are nine other trick questions and how to answer:
2. According to friends, what's your biggest flaw?
"They say I'm a little proud and I resent the criticism." (Here you are showing sincerity and in turn become the defect in quality because that criticism bother you and expose you are able to support these criticisms. By the way, no defects amplify saying "very proud" but "a little" . Do not say "always" bother me criticism, but "sometimes").
3. If you had to fire someone, how do you say?
"We meet in an office and say, looking into his eyes that can no longer with us. Try to convince you that a change of course, can lead to a job that combines more with his personality. " (It is important to note that he would look into the eyes. It shows nobility).
